Files and Templates

This page provides useful templates for loading data.

• Template file for loading a starting composition (for use with input_comp.get_starting_comp_from_file()):

  • Download the template file

• Template file for loading a previous run (for use with ModelRun.load_model_run_from_file()):

  • Download the template file (oxides)

  • Note: this file has the minimum columns needed to reproduce a run. Additional columns (such as fO2) may be included as well.
